Microbiome Analysis
Microbiome analysis uses phylogenetics of a specific microbiota, such as human skin microbiota, to identify the diversity and abundance of existing communities of microbial organisms. The ecosystem state can be either associated with a disease in a case–control study or compared at different time points and linked to overall health status.
Requirements
- Metagenomic sequencing data and host phenotypic data.
Deliverables
- Summary of diversity and abundance of existing organisms per host sample.
- Organism abundance and diversity associations with host phenotypic data.
