Chromatin Interaction Analysis
High-throughput chromatin conformation capture (Hi-C) is a method for analysing the three-dimensional genomic structure and interactions. Differential analysis of interacting chromatin regions among multiple samples (tissues, cells, or individuals in case–control studies) could reveal abnormalities or site-specific chromosome mutations. The Integration of differentially interacting chromatic regions among these multiple samples with differentially expressed genes provides functional association and interpretation for genomic structural interactions.
